True spike/auction tag raffle tags

So i dont see anywhere in the new regs where they clarified what a branched antler bull is and where you can and cant hunt with the auction and raffle tags. I thought for sure this would of happen after well we all know what

dont quote me but how i read it if there is a  any bull permit   in the unit but i could be wrong

When you have the auction tag, you hunt wherever you want.  That's already been decided.
