raccoon call for bobcat???

Hey guys and girls,
Ive got a question that maybe you folks could help me with. I was talking with an old-timer and he told me that his most successful bobcat calling on the west side occurred when he used raccoon calls. Anybody out there ever given this a try?

I don't know if it will work, but I think I'll try it this weekend.  Something new might be just what they want to hear.  We aren't having a whole bunch of luck with anything else.
