Smoked Venison Meat Loaf ?

I want to smoke a venison meat loaf, any suggestions ? I got some ground from my uncle and he said he processed it with no fat. Thought of draping bacon on  it but I want to do a BBQ glaze on it at the end. Whats your recipe ?
