Elk numbers are not as good as 2007. We were lucky to see 2 or 3 elk a day in 2015 on the first tag. I think that was in part that they do allow cow hunters and the guy who haf the tag had a truck load guys pushing the trees and had them pretty pressured up the later tags probably did better.
Excuse me, but if they had a "truckload of guys pushing the trees", how is that not party hunting?

One of the quality permits or was it The first bull permit in November?

I know a very good Hunter who's son drew last year. They hunted everyday from dark til dark never saw a bull
