Kuiu Warranty Stock Issue Review
« on: May 17, 2017, 10:56:34 AM »
I have a pair of medium Peloton 130 gloves in Vias that the stitching is after one coming apart. Kuiu agreed that this falls under their warranty but isn't able to provide me with another set since they are out of stock.

I was given the option to get them in Verde but declined as I prefer Vias.

I was also given the option of keeping the original gloves until they could be replaced which I accepted.

The communication was prompt albeit disappointing form the stock standpoint.

I'll update this as information becomes available.

Just received tracking details for my replacements today. So 3-4 months for processing of an out of stock warranty item.

While this isn't as fast as you might experience from more traditional retailers, that's not Kuiu's model and I knew that going in.

Very happy regarding the interactions with their Customer Service department. I was given options for replacement and they tracked and resolved my issue. The gloves will be here before I'll need them for season.

Expectations met.
