Low carb dinner!!

Need to loose the lbs that keep creeping back on... :bash: :bash:  Back on the low carb kick that works wonders for me.  Elk Tenderloin seared and roasted in a cast iron pan with a green salad.  Doesn't get much better than that.   :tup:
