Badlands Customer Service
« on: June 07, 2017, 12:51:55 PM »
Hey All,

I just wanted to share my recent Badlands Customer service experience. I ordered their new bino harness on 6/1/17 hoping to have it by this friday. I finally get an email yesterday saying it has shipped so I am thinking there is enough time to get it to me. I check the tracking today and it still has not left the warehouse. I call Badlands to see what was going on and that I planned on going on a trip with it and I was leaving Saturday. I said I would pay for overnight shipping if its possible. He said "Let me call you back".

Ten minutes later I get a call from him and he says "I'm really sorry about the delay. I don't know why it took so long to leave our warehouse so we upgraded the package to overnight shipping at no charge. You should have it tomorrow."

Like always they never fail to impress me. Keep on Keeping on Badlands!

I don't always shoot big mule deer, but when I do, it's with a bow tech!
