Monday will be 3 weeks to the day from the deadline. If they can't get a totally random draw done in that amount of time I'd say they need to find a new company to run the draw

Well the problem may be that they are having to go to an outside source to run the draw now that the legislators got all butt hurt about not having their auction tags and bonus points

They f'd it up let year or the year before.  I think you are giving them waaaaaaay to much credit if you think they can get it done in days.  I'll be happy if they don't screw it up and we have them by 7/10.
