Rimrock moo cows
« on: July 17, 2017, 05:56:22 PM »
I just returned from another scouting trip in Rimrock in preparation for my any bull archery elk (I think the F&G Dept calls it a quality tag!). If I remember right, it seems the past eight years or so I've hunted this unit, the rancher holding the lease had already dropped his cattle off by this time of year.
I've seen no sign of moo cows during my last three scouting trips this year.

Does anyone here know if cattle is in the unit or is going to be in it this year!

Thanks for your feedback!

Cows down low are around. Don't think the cows will be up around Conrad Meadows this year.

Would be a long ride up past the road closure gate for sure!

Thx for the replies
