Not healthy, but delicious grouse

So I got pretty much a days limit in a couple days, 1 blue & 3 ruff, and I was thinking how to cook um. Last year I'd get about 8 or so saved up than cook a big stir fry with all the veggies and noodles and after 1-2 hours it'd all be done and delicious. I decided to go the easy way today.

4 grouse diced up(little squareish chunks)
Olive oil- splash
Soy sauce- dunno, I went for flavor

Get all that cooked up in a pan.

While it's cooking throw a microwave chicken lo mein dinner thingy found by the top ramen and cup of noodles in the microwave. Once it's done throw it in the pan with the grouse and repeat with 2nd cancer chicken noodle thing.

Now stir it all up and enjoy. Make sure to find out if your girlfriend/spouse will be home for dinner or you'll be sitting alone watching yourself swell up from salt after eating it all yourself.

My dad always pan fried them and then covered them in mushroom soup and let ghem simmer for an hour or so. Did up a batch of rice and served the bird on the rice. We used to do our sage hen and sharp tail that way.
