mineral blocks go bad ?

have a rack rock have had for a while seem to forget it  do they go bad ?

I am no expert but I found one from a few years ago and threw it by a trailcam this year.  Critters seemed to think it was fine.

Depends on what is in the block, but generally no, it will be fine
