Mica Peak Access

Good morning all,
     I know how to access Mica Peak from the WA side through Starr road but I keep hearing you can access it from the Idaho side as well and it is much easier than walking in the entire way. I just don't know where to gain access.  If you know how to do this would you please PM me.  Not looking for any information on where to hunt up there just looking for access info.

You are looking for weller road

Does Weller road save you much time versus going the Star road gate on WA side?
I had a parks ranger recommend hunters use the Belmont road (near Mica,WA) entrance to the Mica conservation trails and hike to IEP land from there.

You know you are at the right place when you come to a parking area with a large sign that says you need to call the Idaho fish and game to gain permission to access the road.
