Keep us updated on how the truck works out for You.
Many people are skeptical about the Eco boost trucks.
What is Your average mileage?
Any issues or complaints yet?
Do any towing?
So far zero complaints and I do not regret going this route like I was afraid I would. Avg mileage since I bought it has been right about 18, which has been a combination of traffic to and from work, town/back roads with not a lot of open highway. The first couple of weeks driving it super easy, was seeing just over 20, but after getting used to it and driving it more normal it has dropped a bit and been steady. I have only towed my boat once with it and was more than pleased. I liked it better than towing it with the old dodge... quiet, power now, better brakes, better ride. The only thing I am looking into is getting a tuner for the trans, just to adjust the shift points a bit, but it is more than fine for daily driving from the factory. Tow/Haul and sport mode do as they should, and put the shifts right where you think they should be. The thing I really like is the down shifting in either one of those modes, hit the brakes for a corner and it drops a gear to assist with braking, makes it a pleasure on windy back roads especially with the boat behind it.

How big is your boat you tow? I am on the fence between the GMC 2500 HD gas or the Ford 150 turbo? Comfort power.

I think your caption should read, tired of walking and waiting on a tow truck side.  :chuckle:

Its a 17' alumaweld flat bottom, so nothing big, it has a 10,500 lb towing capacity. I am anxiously waiting to put it to the test with a heavier load, just to see if it does as I think it will.
