Another shout out for Browning cams
« on: October 12, 2017, 05:20:25 PM »
Quick note.  Just got a brand new replacement from Browning for my 14 month old Browning Range Ops cam that was out of warranty by a month when I first called Tech support about problems.  The tech rep told me "they'd still honor the warrantee, so send it in and we'll take a look at it."  About 16 days later, I've got a new cam in my hands!

This is the second occasion when Browning has replaced a cam that was over a year old with a brand new one.  I really like the Browning cams, even though they have occasional issues.  Browning's customer support though is second to none.

Good to hear. My browning recon force cams are my favorite.

I sent my second Recon in a couple weeks so I'm still waiting to see what happens.
