And exactly what happens to him.

Mine is easily the best $150 spent on hunting yet.
And they are a snap to setup. On mine, the bud screen is 4 sections of 12 ft. That is 48 ft long.  :yike:
You just hook one end and walk around the frame and tuck.

Concerning pop up canopies, you get what you pay for.
In my business I have used them a lot, currently own 2 EZ UP commercial grade 10x10's. For a true commercial grade, you will be paying for it (mine cost $900 each, when purchased nearly 20 years ago) and are very strongly built. To stake them down, use a screw in stake that is made for tying a dog lead to, will keep it grounded in very strong winds. I have zero experience with snow load.

I use 2 like you show, obviously not for everyone, the sides are not as thick as the roof. I also use the screw in dog stakes in all corners or six if I have both of them up in a 10X20. I use heavy 12ft ratchet straps in the corners and they have held up in the wind. I only have lost one to the wind where I hunt (204) because I set it up went out to hunt for the day and it was not staked down.
When I pass, do not let my wife sell the guns for what I told her they cost.

I have four, three of the cheap ones we used at soccer games and the Sundshade I use for hunting. Night and day difference in durability.
