No a crossbow would not be legal for muzzleloader season.
Multi-season only allows you to hunt all the seasons, but you still have to comply with the individual season equipment requirements.

I hunted whitetail muzzleloader last week with my Bow. (I had a multi season tag) The only people in this state allowed to use crossbow are disabled. The problem is just like everything else their are those who take advantage of the situation.

But not for archery or muzzleloader seasons, since a crossbow is only legal to use for modern firearm season.

My unit 407 does, you could muzzleload and archery hunt right now.

My unit 407 does, you could muzzleload and archery hunt right now.Still doesn't make a crossbow an option, at least for deer or elk, there is the cougar or predator hunting, but figure that is a stretch maybe??? That is unless, as has been said, there is a disability permit in place.
