Has anyone posted about HB 1134 or its partner bill SB 5050 yet?

Basically, it would be illegal to purchase an AR or a normal 30 round magazine after the bill is passed and the only AR you can possess would be one that you owned prior to the bill being passed. You won't be able to take any AR, regardless of when you bought it, outside of your own home except for two circumstances. When shooting at a duly licensed range and when hunting. And when you're transporting between your home and going to do one of those things, it has to be in a locked case, separate from the ammo. Also, it will be illegal to possess any magazine that is capable of holding more than 10 rounds, pistols included. Here's the link to the bill.

It also looks like they include semiauto pistols that are capable of accepting magazines over 10 rounds in the definition of "Assault Weapon". I believe this bill would make it illegal to possess a basic handgun outside of your home. At least that is how it is written.
