thanks joevon, I am in the middle of some resident experts apparently that just wants to stir up *censored*. when in the end we are all here for the same thing.
I was just hoping to see a pic of that buck to see if it was one that i had seen the year before,As far as drama and *censored* stirring i don't have a clue what your talking about.

Loggers buck was posted here.  It is one of the biggest 3 point blacktails I've seen.  His post turned into a ton of drama (not by logger) and I believe one of the moderators removed it.

Can’t really tell if the quote above is serious or a joke, but if it’s serious - not everyone on this site is interested in posting pictures and then having to deal with bullsh#t insuations by guys that don’t even know them. Some guys that are pretty well respected on this site have already responded and vouched for the fact that logger’s buck was a stud. I doubt he's gonna post a picture, so if it really helps you to get over it, just visualize a masher 3-point blacktail with about 30 more inches of antler than G.R.K.’s buck (137 gross if I remember right).

Some guys might think that identifying 4 bucks in March by their ball sacks and being able to tell which ones were hogs is a hoax, but I think most guys went pretty easy on you. :twocents:

hey littlebuf i was in there all day sat and sun man i can't believe all the super fresh buck rub's in there. seen four bucks on sun and two of them were hog's

:bash: sorry guys should have been more specific i was looking at hairy sacks not bone :chuckle: but the elk still have bone on their heads.the deer are still rubbing trees in there thou drive down the 7 road and you will see them all over and they are fresh.

I am not sure what is in the water around the Hancock Tree Farm, but this has got to be the most contentious thread on this site...
THink I am going to check out of this one..

Lets just stop all the Jaw Jackin and start a thread that has ONLY MONSTER BLACKTAILS in it. Lets set the bar high at say nothing less than a monster 3 points and the rest can all be 4 points and bigger. If there are as many MONSTER Blacktails killed as bragged about lets see them. In other words talk is cheap. As for Loggers buck, I remember that picture and it is a very nice deer. I would have shot first and then counted points when I got to him if it was me, no question a SHOOTER BUCK.

sturgeon seeker,

First off, let me say that I don't know logger at all, but I do know that he tried to contribute in a positive way to a topic started by you, and then it seems a couple people started questioning his credibility. I thought that was disrespectful. Second, I didn't say that I didn't believe you. I just said that some guys might have a hard time buying your story, but they weren't disrespectful to you or start calling your story a hoax. I’ve never been in Hancock, nor ever plan to be. I enjoy seeing and hearing stories about big blacktails like a lot of guys. I was just pointing out the irony between your story being posted and then logger getting bashed for not posting pictures to make his claim credible. In the end, if you say your intent wasn’t to be disrespectful and you believe that, then I accept that, and I apologize for overreacting.

i think its a myth or maybe a hoax.

and what i wrote was in the form of a question. but maybe your not smart enough to figure that out. :mor:

I’ll bite my tongue a little about some of your other comments for the sake of this post keeping together and hopefully people posting up some more big blacktails. For the record, though, I thought questions ended with question marks. Of course, I’m too damn stupid to know about that so I’ll let other folks decide if they think your comment was a question or not.

To everyone else, sorry. Now, back to some blacktails.

keep it on track and be done with all the pissing and moaning or the thread will go away.

logger's buck is a hawg blacktail. if the guy doesn't want to post pictures, thats his call. after all the b.s. that came about when he did post pics, i can't blame him. let it go.
