Hope trapping season is going well for all of you.
I have some castors that have been frozen and now I want to dry them, so I can sell them at the March Ronde.  I have them spread out on a wire rack with another wire rack over them for protection.  There is good air flow around them but the really big, thick ones are still soft.  Can I cut them open or will that make them unsaleable?   I'd appreciate any hints on working with them.

Don't cut them open. they don't need to be over dried just dry them some and then put back into  the freezer until just before you are going to sell them.
