Ok, now what?

I helped a buddy find this deer in the breaks in Montana a few years ago. I saw him bedded down a 100 yards away across a deep canyon. Told him take shot. Boom never got up.

Took awhile to get him out. Thank God not raining or muddy. Some beautiful country in the breaks.

Wow...steep is an understatement. Was a chore I bet to keep the deer from dragging you guys down the hill!

Used some ropes. Could only go up because there was water below with a very steep shoreline. Ive walked bucks I ve shot along lake shore lines in warm weather in past but was too deep drop off

See if I can find another pic.

First mule deer for friend. After he shot he started running around in circles he was so excited. Glad I let him shoot first.

I'll NEVER hunt Montana.  Crazy expensive and there is no game at all.  Horrible place to hunt!

The body on that whitetail is huge!!! Or you've just gained weight since that picture.

Cool pictures and sounds like quite the adventure getting the muley.
