Potholes? and others

I was reading this site http://www.stateparks.com/columbia.html

If a person were to go to the state park and camp out can you hunt the lake any day you wish or does it fall under a certain day rule?

How about Moses Lake any special rules there?

Banks Lake? Can you hunt the Banks Lake Game Reserve?(for that matter I see some game reserves in the upland book that say no to hunting and others nothing is mentioned so I assume it's OK to hunt)

Potholes reservoir isn't in the refuge system and is open every day for ducks.  Lots of guys stay at the park and launch their boats from there.  The days you can hunt Geese are a bit cryptic.  Check the regs for the days that it is open.

Moses lake (I think) is encircled by homes.  I don't know of public access (unless using a bow and arrow?)

Introduce someone new to hunting this year.

There is a lot of Moseslake you can get to, south of I-90 specially. That south end of ML really goes into a bunch of islands and then becomes O' Sullivan resevior, which is where Mardon resort is. Slightly west of the lake there is a lot of area off of Dodson road public access places. lots of ATV's around ML's south end. Banks lake has lots of access and you drive thru a lot of good area to get there. South of the Potholes off of Hwy 24 there is a lot of area, west of Othello, but there was a big fire there this year, looks like the moon.
I hunt up by Fruitland alot.  Stratford area has some access but a lot of posted ground too.

South of the O'Sullivan Dam and for patches south and west is the Columbia NWR, which is subject to certain day openings, and noon openings for upland. The Reservoir itself is game area, state park, and some private on the east bank. Mostly game area, which is open all the time.

I was told some years ago by a park ranger friend that Banks Lake state park had foot access to waterfowling areas to its North, but I've never been to check it out myself. I'd like to know about the land ownership (State, Federal, or Private) of the land to the East of Banks.
