Generally, if a lake isn't listed under "Eastside Lakes - Special Rules", then statewide rules apply.  That's my assumption for this lake.

That lake is sometimes called Long Lake.  Check the regs under that name as well.

I've never fished it but went last year this time and it was still iced over. There is a good area to launch at the south end by the dam.
I may wait for the 2 hr drive until i'm sure it's ice off.

I drove by it 3-4 weeks ago and it was clear.  Then we had that little cold snap.  I would bet there is zero ice, but don't rely on that before taking a drive.

Its ice free, has a good launch, limited parking but that shouldn't be a problem this time of year.
