Waiting on my new pack. Sold my old G2 Kifaru Longhunter and switched to a Seek Outside Revolution frame with a Goshawk. Excited for the added versatility.   It will be my first hunting season with my new tarp (SO DST) also.
The new gear is great , but the versatility that each piece provides is the biggest improvement.

It is funny beacuse I have gone full circle almost. I used to chase lighter gear mostly, but now comfort and redundancy of use is foremost.

The rest of my stuff is pretty dialed in... for now.

I swapped out some gear that didn't meet my expectations, right after last fall. Tent: Big Agnes CS HVUL3. Rifle scope: NF ATACR. Bow rest: TT smackdown pro click. My lightweight la sportivas were finally wearing out so I'm trying some altra lone peaks with neoshield for waterproofing, for when full shank boots are overkill.
A new addition to the lineup is the Seekoutside DST tarp. So far very impressed. I also traded my kifaru hunter for a SG X curve and am very optimistic on the change. I'm considering replacing my tried and true jetboil sol with one of their new mo units.
Remaining are really only a few wear items, a new merino t, some undies, I think I'm going to try the altra gaiters.
Overall my kit is pretty dialed and most of the hunting budget is destined for tags and fuel.

Thinking about adding a lighter bag.  Been happy with MontBell 0 degree but its 3# and can cut weight in half by going to Montbell 900 - 34 degree bag for warmer trips.   Like the roomy stretch technology.

Have you checked out Enlightened Equipment? The quilts are suuuper light, and you can build them to your specs.

What did you do with your big agnes tent? How much did it weigh?

I have added a few more things since my original post. New leuopold rangefinder, made myself a hammock and diy versions of kifaru ul pullouts to organize gear. Also picked up some bear spray after bumping a black bear and being tracked by a cougar a couple weeks ago

New Tikka, Bowtech, another Exo.... picking up a new water filter and some new trekking poles later this month.  I’ve hit an age where I’m finally listening to my body when it complains.

Looking at that list.... dang my wife is cool! :IBCOOL:
