Thank you, do you know any in state.  I can't really afford an out of state this year.

I have gone with Early Winters out of Mazama, into the Paseyton. I have also gone with 3 Peaks Outfitters out of CleElum, into the Alpine Lakes wilderness. They are both good outfits, but even though 3 peaks is more expensive, I thought it was much more personal. I would go with either one of them again, I have nothing bad to say about either outfitter, but I liked 3 Peaks area better and they have better equipment. If you need to rent a wall tent and stove, they are free with Early Winters, but old and the stove is tiny. 3 Peaks rents them for about $150, but the tent is really nice and the stove is pretty good too. I would have to say that overall, I had a much better experience with 3 Peaks, but I am definately not knocking Early Winters. If you have any questions about these outfitters or drop camps in general, feel free to pm me, I did a lot of research before both trips, so I may have good information for you. I also learned alot on the first trip that really helped on the second trip. Good luck.

Any of the members of the Washington Outfitters & Guides Association should do a good drop camp for you.  Easiest way to find them is to visit the WOGA website; www.woga.org   All of the members are listed along with links to their contact information and websites.

Wow that looks like a great guide service as well as drop camp service at a decent price.
