HA!!!!!  I've drawn 2 quality tags in 23 years.  I apply in this state along with AK, ID, WY, MT, CO, NV, AZ, ND, MT, UT, and NM.  I lose way more than most that are here complaining.  WDFW are one of the most incompetent agencies in the West, but like it or not, they are one of the fastest in the West at draw results.
