Restoring Black Plastic/ABS on vehicles
« on: June 12, 2018, 02:49:00 PM »
So who has a recommendation for a product that works good for them on making fading black plastic parts on their rigs look good again?

I have tried meguars(sp) so far, works OK, just curious what others like.

Check out the heat gun method used on motorcycle plastics.  Don't know if it is the same plastic or if it makes the plastic more brittle long-term.

I use a wide variety of detailing products on my cars, motorhome and boats from detailed image, this product works amazing https://www.detailedimage.com/Solution-Finish-M69/Black-Trim-Restorer-P854/1-oz-S1/
