Idaho unit 49 VS 48: Deer

Looking for some info on these two units for a 4 day pack in.

Both got hit really hard by the bad winter a couple of years ago. If you're goal is a trophy buck to hang on the wall I'd target other units. If you're dead set on these two I'd hunt the southern /lower elevation ends of them, but that's not really country you pack in too.

Just lookin for a respectable buck, never hunted Idaho before. I do most my hunts out of a pack. Thanks for the heads up
