Shotguns on the rack
« on: July 29, 2018, 04:22:49 PM »
Kesselrings use dot be my go to spot to lay hands on a variety of shotguns to see what fit and functioned the way I wanted them to. Now I am at a loss. Does anyone know of a dealer in WA or Oregon that has a solid selection on hand. Cabela’s and SW are ok but the o/u selection is minimal. I don’t mind spending the $$$ for a nice gun but hate having to buy one just to see how it fits.

If you are in a hurry, good luck.  If you are very patient, shoot every one that is offered (ask on here) and look every where you go it will show up.  Tell us again, if you already have, some general requirements.

Thanks NW. I bought the beretta A400 extreme and it’s a great gun. I have since learned about proper fit and how the line of sight should look on a properly fitted gun. Before the beretta I just got lucky my 870 fit like a champ. What I would like to do is find a store with a reasonable selection of o/u where my wife and I can shoulder to determine the best fit for a field/clay gun in that order. Krings used to be that place even worth the drive from south pierce county.

Skagit Arms has a good selection of used firearms.
