Probably already on here but my uncle asked this question and I didn't know the answer because I have always applied. So do they ever go on sale to people who didn't apply.

Ya that's for everyone who applied for the draw. My question is for the people who didn't apply.

They never have been available to those that didn't apply in the past.  One never knows what WDFW will do year to year though :twocents:

I only applied for deer, but yesterday I was eligible for elk multiseason also.?...I didn't get it. I think WDFW just wants the money.
