I had one. Very comfortable pack great day pack not the best under heavy load but not bad. But I really don't see it being used as a three day pack unless you have some serious light weight backpacking gear

It’s a great day pack, possibly a 1-2 night bivy but that’s about it. They are comfortable, but you cannot adjust the length of the frame for your torso. I am only 6’ and I could not effectively use the hip belt and have the shoulder straps as the pack was too short. Also, the load lifters don’t do a whole lot as they attach at the same point as the top of the shoulder strap, instead of a couple inches above. That being said, I ran one for a couple years as a day pack and liked it and I bet you could throw 30-40 pounds of meat in it to make one load out to the truck to get another pack.
