Grouse in Coweeman?

I’ve been doing some scouting down Kalama River Area, including Weyerhaeuser. I haven’t seen anything - anyone know if there are many grouse in the Kalama River area or its side roads?

I’ve been doing some scouting down Kalama River Area, including Weyerhaeuser. I haven’t seen anything - anyone know if there are many grouse in the Kalama River area or its side roads?

There are definitely grouse in that unit and in that drainage.  Lots of Ruffed that are easily spooked.
