I've drawn that permit twice, once with modern and once with muzzle loader both were fun hunts. Good Luck. Have seen big deer in about all of that unit over the years.

There was a 4x4 with a doe and fawn yesterday morning around 9:30am in the windfarm. They were going down hill across the paved portion of the road from below the visitors center and heading southwest.

There’s also a quite number of does in Dawson canyon in the afternoon normally not terribly far from where public land starts. There was a 2x2 up the road this afternoon with does but, I’m sure you’re looking for something larger.

Also, on the 328 side of Colockum road near the bottom there was a 3x2 on private property just a few yards from public land boundary. That was late in the evening past hiring hours.

This morning there was a big bodied 4x4 with long eye guards and his harem 100yd away from Beacon Rd past the sloppy mud hole bumpy area if you were taking that road heading south toward the windfarm.

Saw a nice 5x5  between Perkins and North Perkins on Saturday, a nice 4x5 with decent eye guards at North skookumchuck/skookumchuck heading down towards the river. Good Luck!

Hi everybody! Heading over sunday and the hunt starts monday! I will let you all know what I find!
This is his last post right here and the last day that he was active..  Is today the last day of his hunt or was yesterday?  Hopefully he has been in the woods this whole time and will be updating us soon.

I didn't say it would be easy, I said it would be worth it.
