Pheasant and Matsutake mushroom dish. Homemade Soy and Fish sauce. Bok Choy, Lemongrass, Lime Leaf and Ginger.

No idea what type of mushroom that is but I like the recipe. Just got some birds in the freezer last weekend and I'm kind of a one hit wonder with a dish I like to prepare. I look forward to trying something new. Thanks for sharing this one!

@pianoman9701 knows a bunch about mushrooms. I'm a novice when it comes to foraging for fall mushrooms.
