I have used TNT on Camano for about 10 years.  John does a great job.

Honestly, everything he makes is good. We usually have pepperoni sticks, teriyaki sticks, jalepeno/cheese pepperoni sticks or Lanjager made out of our waterfowl. John doesn't like making Lanjager out of waterfowl because in his mind It doesn't come out like his deer/elk product which is understandable, but it's still killer. A great way to eat lots of duck/goose

Just picked up our stuff from TNT this afternoon.  John is expensive, but everything he does is top notch.  You can walk right into his shop where he butchers the animals, and the place is immaculate.  One thing you need to be aware of........John will not accept animals or meat that is not really clean.  We have seen him refuse to take in deer that were not taken care of.....he simply tells customers to take their animal elsewhere if it hasn't been taken care of.

His prices are on par with everyone else that I’ve looked at. The main difference is that Johns product is far superior to the other local shops.

I started using John because his prices were actually better than most.  His business is ran from his home location.  Less overhead.

I've used Kelso in Snohomish and was very happy with the pepperoni that they made.
