Turkey Vest Recommendations?
« on: February 07, 2026, 02:23:10 PM »
I’m going to head out this spring for turkey for the first time in a while. But don’t currently have a vest. Does anyone have any recommendations on particular vests or brands? Not looking to break the bank but if you have one that does and swear by it, I’ll check it out. Thanks!

My hunting pack is all I’ve ever used. I have coat and pants pockets for calls. Decoy and seat in pack as you can take it off when you’re setting up.
I have Man Chit to do

Waterdrinker9 I have several turkey vests and can’t wear them all. I probably have one I can give you depending on what you’re interested in and what size you wear. You can DM me if you’re interested.

If you don’t mind the extra weight i like ones with kickstands so you can lean back without a tree.  They can make it hard to turn if the bird cones in from a different angle but its easier to sit still for long stretches.
