Haven't there been large scale losses from hatcheries in the last few years, some from power?  I agree scotty, when was the last test of that generator.  What does this do to 2020 season projection now?

Inslee should use part of those billions to buy a back up generator for the back up generator. Or buy a can of cold start spray.
