Great looking work! What method did you use, maceration, beetles ...?

not able to macerate anymore where I live now. Not enough space from neighbors. Now I'm simmering till 90% clean then degrease till oil and grease free, that also cleans up the rest of the skull that may still have meat brains etc. then whiten. Took a few years but I've finally got the process down to turn out brilliant white skulls that are totally oil and grease free.

Your uncle should be pleased - that looks like nice work to me

I beg to dream and differ from the hollow lies
In November U.S. manufacturing contracted for the the ninth consecutive month. Layoffs across the economy are higher than anytime since the pandemic in 2020 and I just read that the Midwest farmers will be receiving a 12B bailout due to 50 year trade relationships being destroyed. I have to admit that I was a sceptic and didn't believe in the effectiveness in tariffs but I'm a believer now.

That looks great! I have one elk European style mount but the wife banished it to the darkest part of the basement. She doesn't like looking at the skulls, but the racks I have with covered skull plates are hanging in the main room.
