Have had one since 3 Christmas ago.  Have a had zero problems with it, takes a little getting used to versus traditional BBQ but I think it makes a great elk steak

I have not, still use the big chief, not that ive had a lot of fish to smoke the last couple years due to these horrible runs.  I dont see why it wouldnt work though
