needing some animals for mounting

looking for coyotes/fox/coon/porcupine. Anything I can use that is worthy of mounting

How about bears, wolves and cougars
Cougars can be good for mounting, mounted a few in my years
You did not mention beavers, they work also
To hunt and butcher an animal is to recognize that meat is not some abstract form of protein that springs into existence tightly wrapped in cellophane and styrofoam.
