Delicious looking Roadkill, amazing what a little tender loving care in the smoker will do for the flavor.
Then after adding the Sauce....Outstanding!  :drool:  :'(

oh man i need a nap. I highly recommend McCormicks Applewood rub, it actually gives it a apple taste if used liberally then lightly coat with Br.sugar!

Its good stuff. Tried it for the first time on a pork loin the other day. Doing it on some baby backs this weekend.
