Hey all been awhile. Was able to get more pics of our camp bear. Has anybody seen many collared black bears? This is a first for me. Still kinda looks like a young grizz. What you all think?

Take the WDFW test, you’ll see the difference. Blackie all day long.😉

The first blonde blackie I saw I thought was a frizz, until I looked at it for a minute.

Ya I've seen a lot of bears from the time when we could still bait. That bears head is huge. Was kinda freaking the wife out when we seen the collar.

Chinook pass area, like, along the Naches Peak loop?  I've had several family members and friends talk about seeing a bear up there on the popular trail; kinda figure it's the same individual that's just decided humans are OK.  I guess it would be right about that as long as it stays inside the NP...   :chuckle:

I'm at work, so I can't use the "B" word.
It's a bear of color not a grizz.
