When you get your Range permits they give you a map, you need a permit to get on base, then go to the Range Management building and get a permit, I think you will need one for each person. there used to be other rules also

Thanks. I’ve signed up there before but they must have forgotten to give me the map.

There is also a free smartphone app that provides the range locations and your location - Avenza Maps - the JBLM map is one of their few free one,  JBLM_Atlas_v2

Hope this helpful.

I usually get my permit in there every year but from the Northwest Adventure Center.  They used to give maps but haven't, at least to me, in a couple years.  I think I saw it posted that they were for sale for a small fee.  I used to be in the Army there so had maps from then and the TA's haven't changed, so I never thought much about it.

This link will give you quite a bit of info:

https://jblm.armymwr.com/programs/hunting-fishing

I will try and save you some time as well:

Every weapon you plan to use on JBLM has to be registered with the Provost Marshall (don't bring it with you on your first visit, it will just be a hassle)
Use this form to gather all of the information needed but don't bother printing it, it prints the wrong size and you will have to fill out the one they hand you
https://home.army.mil/lewis-mcchord/application/files/2514/8892/8410/Weapon_registration_non-military.pdf

Once that portion is done and they give you your copy, you can head to the NAC and work through the registration portion.  It is an I-Pad power point/video.  Make 100% sure you have everything listed in this section of the first link I posted.
Here is that blurb:
Individuals wanting to hunt on JBLM Lewis must initially register in person at the Skeet & Trap Range. Individuals must have in possession the following current items: Washington hunting license, current gun registration, registration of the vehicle to be used for hunting, license plate number and drivers license. Individuals will then be allowed to view the informational video highlighting concerns and points of interest for the conduct of hunters while hunting on JBLM property.

Hopefully that info will at least get you started.  If you have other questions, lmk, happy to help if I can.

Oh I forgot one important thing, the base will not accept a standard WA drivers license, you either need to have an enhanced WA DL or bring a valid passport for everyone that is over 16 with you.
