Antlers will be small this year.   Ive noticed a correlation on bad mosquito years, that the antlers never have a chance to grow.   Stunted from lack of bloodflow.  If you think ticks are a problem...

It's down in Oregon just across the Columbia. Part of our reciprocal permit system. You have to buy an Oregon license to hunt the permit area.
