Get my euro back tomorrow
« on: June 16, 2019, 08:44:58 PM »
Finally get to pick up my elk from the beetle eaters tomorrow.  Again, this is my first ever elk, so cant wait to get it on the wall.

Should I bleach the skull or leave it as is? I've never had this done before, so dont really know the process.

Right wing shooter, I aim for the left!!!

Nowhere in your incoherent rambling did you come close to what can be considered a rational thought. Everyone is now dumber having heard it. I award you no points and may God have mercy on your soul.

The Bear skulls I  have had beetle cleaned came back looking great and I have not had to do anything with them. The euro deer and elk mounts I have done myself by simmering and pressure washing I use peroxide on rather than bleach. Bleach will deteriorate the bone. The peroxide just pulls the blood in grease out of the bone. Sometimes a little dish soap can’t hurt.

I personally like them unbleached.....with that said, I bet most will say to bleach.  I love the natural bone look.
