Well I jumped on the scooter and rode to that parking lot just before the two Rivers bridge . I park the Harley at the edge of the curb , and walked about 100 yards to where I was gonna fish that giant Eddie out there that I noticed last year while Mr. Green jeans , fish n feathers boat inspection authority spectacal specialist explained all the things I already no about safe boating , but anyways , my plan was to cast out bodashouse humongus chunks - o - nightcrawlers out into the Eddie , in hopes of hooking Mr. Wally , I went through two dozen crawlers from all the bites , that evidently I'm no good at hooking anything , I did get a couple keepers of Wich I felt like a German spy when I put them in my bag in hopes my ruler is correct and I'm not going to prison for the difference of a inch and a half , but the best part of the day was this clown in a row boat with no motor is doing circles in the middle of the river , he had a vest on so at least I figger he isn't brain dead just not river experienced or something , this dude was doing circles for at least a hour , and I see him reach for his net while pole in the other hand ,looking pretty entertaining I got a firm handhold on my Leopold lenses , of Wich by the way I'm never without , hey those government officials , and outdoor specialist are creeping n crawling up on unsupected woodsy folks all the time , why shouldn't I !!!!anyways ,,I look through the bonocs at this guy and he's got a jack Daniel's bottle sticking out of his backpack sitting in his seat and he's evidently hooked a log or JAWS ! he's yelling and laughing and freezing out ,after a good ten minutes he grabs the net handle and scoops out a monster Wally ! After he gets it in the boat he shockingly rowa right to me ,much to my surprise this guy very skilled in the art of rowing with what looked like two sticks , he pulls close to me and yells ,,,,, HEY DO U NO IF SUCKERS HAVE TEETH ? I said yes they do can I have that one ? He said he wanted to keep it to fertilize his garden , O. M. F. G. !!!! This left me with a decision upon Wich arrived at explaining to this guy that tonight's dinner for him could be unforgettable , hopeing he's better in the kitchen than he is in the mighty Columbia ,,,,,DAMIT , but I laughed all the way home on the scooter , pretty cool day on the banks of the might Columbia !!!
