I AM WILLING TO PAY TO KILL SAGE RATS/ROCK CHUCKS.  I AM AN ADULT AND WILL COMPLETELY RESPECT YOUR LAND AND PROPERTY.  I JUST LIKE TO SHOOT AND WHERE I LIVE WE ONLY HAVE POP CANS.  I LIVE IN VANCOUVER WA BUT DRIVE TO THE EAST SIDE ALL THE TIME.  IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH RATS OR RABBITS I WILL GLADLY REMOVE THEM FOR YOU.

Need to take a hard look at Oregon around Enterprise....
We must reject the idea that every time a law's broken, society is guilty rather than the lawbreaker. It is time to restore the American precept that each individual is accountable for his actions.
