East Okanogan limited entry

So couple question I’m wondering if anybody has put in for this and been drawn. And can give me some info. We won’t have much time to scout if we are drawn so I need best places to start it is a long drive for me so I won’t be scouting unless me or my son are drawn. I have hunted around Bonaparte lake but that was like 15 years ago. By the looks of things it quit a bit further north. Am I Even  able to scout it ahead of time. If I’m looking at things right there’s not to much road access and it’s walk in only. So would a mountain bike Evan be a way to go. Is it something a 13 year old can do he a hiking fool so I’m sure he can do it any info is greatly appreciated pm me if needed. Thanks
