Not a lot of deer taken this year.

The further one goes into the wilderness, the greater the attraction of its lonely freedom.

Got this guy in 501 shot him in a gulley and it took 2 hours, 4 men and a truck to get him out. He's a 3x2 biggest deer ive ever gotten.

WA wilderness opening day buck.

Check out the eyebrows and curly point off the front.

Lots of buck activity up high this year, this one was with a big 2x2 and another slightly bigger 4x4.

Most fat I've seen on a deer. Lots of great browse this year.
Yah the deer me and my dad got had a ton of fat on them.

Rafael, your buck looks like a hog in body, in the age class of a hard-to-get mature blacktail.  Congrats on a personal best.
