2020 season dates

Time for people to make their vacation picks for next year. Looking at the 2020 calendar, im not sure if deer season will open on the 10th or 17th. Does anyone know how they determine opening day for deer season?

It says the 17th...........hunting season isnt vacation time, its hunting season.  Dates are irrelevant to retirees.
