How many idaho early birds woke up last night

How many of you guys got up at midnight and got your tag?Unfortunately I'm stalling and will probably regret it. Still trying to decide on where to go. I'm leaning toward pioneer or lemhi. Sounds like the diamond creek guys were pretty upset with the crashing system.

I bought a lifetime license so when I become a non resident again next fall my tag will come out of the resident pool.

Yeah it was a joke the system constantly kicked you out especially when trying to process payment.  It did this for an hour and a half until tags were gone. :bash:

That’s a nice benefit if that’s how it works

Good idea.  I had a buddy do the same thing and since he has moved back to WA he has drawn goat and moose tags.  And a few deer and elk tags.

Im going to buy an idaho deer tag, but i have some reservations about doing it online, maybe one of you guys can clear up my question for me.  It says if you buy them online, you have to print them out on your home computer.  Aside from the part where it seems like a bad idea in that somebody could print out multiple tags, my concern is that the regular printer paper will be easily damaged by moisture or whatever.  But i believe it says that if you call and order by phone (i know it costs a few more bucks that way) that they mail the tags to you.  So has anybody done it thst way?  Im assuming theyll come on a different kind of paper similar to washington tags if i order by phone and get them snail mail? Yes, no?

You print your license but transport tags are mailed to you.
